The first version of the EPND Cohort Catalogue includes an extensive list of international cohorts across the neurodegenerative disease spectrum. In total, 66 research cohorts are included in the Catalogue, with sites in 17 countries across Europe and beyond. These neurodegenerative disease cohorts represent 159,575 research participants over 12 different disease areas, including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease as well as frontotemporal dementia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and Huntington’s Disease.
Using the Catalogue, researchers can search and filter metadata from cohorts, including research participants, biosamples, imaging, cognitive data, and more. Through the Catalogue “contact cohort” feature, researchers can then request contact with cohorts of interest, to kick-start new collaborations, and initiate the sharing of clinical data and biosamples.
